Case study · Business process outsourcing
A clearer, lighter website for a human + AI outsourcing company.
Website design and WordPress (Elementor) development for an outsourcing company offering multilingual support, content moderation, human-in-the-loop AI and virtual assistant services.

The project
Overview
New Media Services provides outsourced business services that combine human teams with AI: multilingual customer support, content moderation, human-in-the-loop (HITL) validation and virtual assistants. The website needed to explain a broad offer to business buyers quickly.
The challenge
Outsourcing is a crowded, trust-driven category, and “human + AI” is an abstract idea. The site had to make that idea concrete in the first screen and stand apart from generic BPO websites.
Strategy
Lead with one plain-language positioning line: Human and AI business process outsourcing.
Use a light, open layout so the brand red can carry the calls to action.
Show real people early to make an abstract service tangible.
Give every section one clear next step: Book a Meeting.
Explain each service with concrete details — availability, pricing models, shared or dedicated agents.
UX / Structure
Design & build
Visual design
A white base with a warm red-to-coral gradient, a large headline that separates the promise from the detail, and team photography in place of stock illustration.
Development · WordPress · Elementor
Built in WordPress with Elementor so the team can add case studies, service pages and blog posts without a developer.
Before / After

Clearer message
A generic “BPO services” headline became a specific promise: human + AI outsourcing.
Stronger hierarchy
One large headline, one supporting paragraph, one action — read in that order.
Lighter, more open layout
The dark full-bleed hero gave way to whitespace that lets the brand red do the work.
More obvious CTA
“Contact us” in a corner became a prominent “Book a Meeting” button in the hero.
Proof up front
Product UI and team imagery show what the service actually looks like.
